Self-Direction Forums
Information regarding the Self-Direction option within the CAP-MR/DD
Supports Waiver will be reviewed during the public forums. Forum
participants will receive information about having the choice to self-direct
their services and supports offered through this new option.
These forums will not include information about the Comprehensive Waiver,
nor will this event be a review of the Supports Waiver.
The evening sessions from 6pm-8pm have been cancelled.
